Terms & Conditions — 99jiu

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 99jiu Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 99jiu strictly prohibits participation by minors. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Residency: This Platform is operated for players primarily resident in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 99jiu is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99jiu does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Platform if you have been declared legally incompetent by a court or equivalent authority.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one Account on 99jiu. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or the name of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not register an Account if you have voluntarily self-excluded from 99jiu or any affiliated gambling platform and your exclusion period remains active.

To access the full range of services on 99jiu, you must complete our registration process. The following requirements and procedures apply:

3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification. 99jiu is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and may require verification at any stage. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards (KTP), passports, and driver's licences. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing your name and BCA/BRI/BNI/Mandiri account number) may also be required.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 99jiu will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or close any Account at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 99jiu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally integrated methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 25.000. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your Account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Average processing time during WIB (UTC+7) business hours is under 5 minutes; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts subject to enhanced KYC review.

4.4 Matching Requirement. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where technically possible. 99jiu reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source before permitting withdrawal via an alternative channel.

4.5 Deposit Ownership. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. 99jiu prohibits the use of third-party funding sources. Violation of this rule may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on 99jiu are conducted in IDR. No currency conversion service is provided on the Platform. Any foreign currency conversion costs incurred at the banking level are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 99jiu are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money Funds. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30×) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus; unfulfilled bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction — including by registering multiple Accounts — will result in immediate disqualification of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 99jiu strictly prohibits any strategy that it reasonably considers to constitute exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting with Bonus Funds, wagering only on outcomes with near-certain probability to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exchange Bonus Funds. We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds — and associated winnings — where abuse is detected.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal. 99jiu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to an Account in good standing, except where abuse is detected.

5.6 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The Welcome Bonus is available to new players only, on their first deposit. Players who have previously registered an Account on 99jiu — regardless of whether that Account was subsequently closed — are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All Wagers placed on 99jiu are subject to acceptance by the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at our sole discretion, including in cases where we suspect an error in odds, technical malfunction, or suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 Settlement of Wagers. Wagers are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport, league, or game in question. For BRI Liga 1 and other Indonesian league fixtures, official results are based on the scores confirmed by the Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) or applicable governing authority at the conclusion of regular play, unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.

6.3 Void Bets. A Wager shall be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation, abandonment before the required period of play is completed, force majeure events, or where odds were posted in error. Void bets in accumulator (mix parlay) legs are removed from the accumulator, and the remaining legs continue at adjusted odds.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) Wagers are subject to delay confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed until the Platform confirms acceptance. In cases of significant market movement between placement and acceptance, 99jiu may accept the Wager at revised odds or decline it, at its discretion.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum single-event payout limits apply per market and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Acceptance of a Wager that would generate a payout exceeding the maximum payout limit does not constitute a waiver of that limit — winnings above the cap will be reduced to the applicable maximum.

6.6 RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) casino and slot games on 99jiu use certified, independently audited RNG systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of 99jiu:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using false or third-party credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption that could affect the outcome of an event on which Wagers are offered.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage — including exploiting erroneous odds.
• Colluding with other players, including through chip-dumping in poker or table games, to manipulate outcomes or transfer funds between Accounts.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your actual geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of the Platform.

99jiu is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a defined period. Play is paused once the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss at intervals of your choosing.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 99jiu Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of 99jiu or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited Licence. 99jiu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the 99jiu brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context — including social media, marketing materials, or third-party websites — without our prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. 99jiu endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99jiu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of gambling winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where 99jiu is found liable in connection with the Platform under any legal theory, our total aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

10.4 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) is the sole responsibility of those studios. 99jiu is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in third-party game software, except to the extent that such errors affect your Account balance — which we will remedy in accordance with documented game logs.

10.5 Force Majeure. 99jiu shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or acts of third parties.

Your privacy is important to 99jiu. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account on 99jiu, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. In particular, you acknowledge that we are required to retain transaction and identity records for compliance purposes and that we may be required to disclose such records to relevant authorities where required by law.

12.1 Closure by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal processing procedures.

12.2 Closure by 99jiu. We reserve the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or direction from a relevant regulatory authority.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All unsettled Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and the resulting balance will be treated in accordance with Clause 12.1 or 12.2 as applicable. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99jiu holds its operating licence. To the extent that Indonesian consumer protection law applies to your use of the Platform as a consumer resident in Indonesia, that law shall apply in addition to the governing law of the operating jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved within 72 hours through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body in accordance with its applicable rules. You agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

13.3 Waiver of Class Action. You expressly waive any right to participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against 99jiu in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

13.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

99jiu reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1. Your real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
